The housekeepers resides in the coach house in the grounds so are available if you require any advice during your stay.

Booking and house rules.

PAYMENT PROCESS

  • We take a one third deposit at the time of booking

  • The balance is due 8 weeks before the date booked

CAUTIONARY DEPOSIT

  • £800 refundable deposit

HOUSE RESTRICTIONS

  • Noise policy in place

  • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside

  • Stretton House is not a wedding venue

  • We accept up to 2 well behaved dogs

  • No fireworks

  • No candles

  • No DJ's

  • No Hot tubs

  • No smoke machines

  • Not suitable for any single sex party

  • The number of guests at any point must not exceed 32

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Check in 4pm

  • Check out 4pm on a Sunday

  • Check out 10am on other days

  • Early check in can be requested
